Indulge in a four-course meal, each inspired by whisky and Scottish cuisine, paired with expertly selected drams by whisky expert Charlotte Stoney. Our menu, which changes seasonally, is ethically sourced from local suppliers. Experience the essence of whisky and wood-fired cooking with each carefully crafted course.

Weather

This is an outdoor eating experience, we cook outside and you will be seated by the Fire. If the weather is really heavy rain we will refund and reschedule the events, however we can accommodate people in lighter rain and colder evenings. We offer blankets for chillier evenings.

Suppliers:

Our food is either found, foraged or farmed in Moray and the Highlands and ensure not only the freshest ingredients are used but that we are supporting local businesses and food producers who make brilliant products. We source ethically raised, pasture for life meat from Macbeths Buthcher’s or Grampian Graziers. Our produce comes from local Market Gardeners, Farmers and Growers in the area. All of our food is made from scratch from sauces and stocks to pastry and fillings, we don’t use processed foods and as our slogan suggests we don’t use Marg, only butter! We are all about real food, by real people.
